How do i install/emble my gyro brakes on my bike. 50 points for whoever can answer this for me?

i owned a bike with gyro brakes, but they broke, so i bought a new gyro set, and i have no idea what the heck is what and where anything goes. and how do i get the top part that connects the bottom aligned with the bottom part. and what if the cables are loose, how do i tighten them up
