Will I be able to get my daughter in regular mainstream cles?

My daughter suffered a bad accident and is paralyzed from the neck down because of it. She's totally helpless and cannot use her hands. She has to be diapered and tube fed and has a ventilator so she can breath. However she's very bright and has a strong desire to learn despite her difficulties. She hasn't been in school since her accident but I think she's almost ready to go to school. She's 14 now. Do you think I will have to put my daughter in a special ed cles because of her disabilities?
