What kind of baby turtle should I get for a ten gallon tank?

Aquatic turtles should have 10 gallons of tank per inch of shell. They will grow and will need about a 100 gallon tank. There are also other necessities and expenses that go along with owning a turtle: heat lamp, uva/uvb bulb, aquatic heater, basking dock, reptile filter, etc. Unless you are prepared for and can afford all these expenses, you should not get a turtle. Do your research before you buy.
