What is the formalities required for getting Police Clearance certificate fromKSA.It is for getting Spain Visa

I was working in KSA during the period of Nov30,2005 to Dec03,2006 (Exact one Year).Now i need police clearece Certificate from KSA for applying Spain visa.I need this within two months.Is there any chance to get ,i would like to know
