Why is Obama (the Commander in Chief) going to allow the smallest military pay raise in a generation?
The entire US military will see a 1.9% pay raise in 2011; the smallest in almost 50 years. With troops in harms way, why is he insulting the military with such a miniscule pay increase when they're already underpaid?
