Any opinions on Sit 'n'Pretty in Palos Hills, IL?

My dog is an elderly, feisty, shih-tzu and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a groomer who will put him at ease so he can get a simple hair cut. Because of his age I cannot tranquilize him. Anyone know of a good groomer in the Southwest Suburbs?
