Hi I am living with my expat boyfriend in one roof and for almost 3 yrs. we lived together as a real couple.

He's separated fr. his wife since we live together. is our relationship considered a de facto or a common law relationship. he wants me to live his hse. now coz he has another woman whom he wld like to live with now Are thier rights for me to clai ? what case can i file againts him?coz I have spent 5 yrs with him i've been good in taking care of him ,I forgave him first time he had relationship w/.another woman ,he promised he wont do it again.he's been good for a more than a yr . then i found out he,s has a girlfreind working in a bar which started our fights very often bcuz he doesnt want to give up his realationship w/ the bar girl and sometime he's bringing the girl in the hse where we live everytime Im out of town then he finally told me he wants to live with a younger woman this time and asking me to live his house .I felt my life was ruin coz I have devoted my 5 yrs with him and even forgo some opportunities to work abroad coz i love him and have planned to spend the rest of my lie with him .I was betrayed with this man whom I have trusted and gave so much love he's also good to me and been generous to me but still I can not allow him to insulted me and betrayed me this way. Pls help ,I need some legal advise of what to do and how will i go about it .Thank you for you kind reply.vilma
