My husband got an OTH discharge from the Marines in 2004 with a discharge code 3p. Wants to join army?

We are no longer desperate for Soldiers. Depending on your husbands service record, he may have a chance. However, i am guessing his waivers are being reviewed at a substancially high level of command. Shoot me a message, i am curious to whether he gets in.
