My wife is awaiting a letter from the NVC to request for paperwork which will then undergo review and then she

will be given her interview date for her immigrant visa in India (Note, I am a US Citizen). Two questions: (1) How long will it take the NVC to issue her a visa number uming I paid the fees on July 14? (2) What is her expected time to get an interview date with a Consular Office in India?
