Naruto ninja accel 1 or 2?!?

i want to buy naruto ninja accel 1 or 2 for the ps2, but im not sure if you need a freeloader or something....my question is will naruto ninja accel 1 or 2 play on my ps2 w./out any problems or do i need something to make japanese games work on my american ps2?! EASY 10 POINTS TO THE 1ST PERSON WHO ANSWERS MY QUESTION CORRECTLY!!!
