The Doors , the Moody Blues , America , Simon and Garth uncle , Bob Dylan , CCR, BTO, Alice Cooper , Linda Ronstat , to name a few i like the first seven of your choices i don't know who the others are , there's another the Who , and The Rolling Stones , also ACDC , Meatloaf , i know of many but i can't think of them all at this time ...
