Should my 12 year old son wear tight underwear at night?

There is no harm in wearing tight underwear. But, if he wants the sensitivity of his from the circision to go down then he has to start exposing his to materials that will cause slight amounts of discomfort. The will eventually get used to them and the sensitivity will decrease.
