What is included in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion GoTY Edition?

My original ES4:O disc just got scratched up, and I need to get a new one. 2K said they will replace it for $7.50 but I was thinking of just getting the GotY edition so I could delete all the downloaded content and free up my XB hard drive, (I still have the original, 6 GB one). I only want to do it though, if I know that all of the added content will come on the new disc. All the GotY editions make a big hype about Knights of the Nine amd Shivering Isles, but I don't know if they have the Orrery, Horse Armor, Fighters Stronghold, Spelltomes, Vile Liar, Mehrunes Razor, Wizard Tower, Thieves Den or anything else I may have missed. Is GotY Edition just Oblivion, KotN, and Shimmering Isles, or does it have all of the little additions too?
