Guitar players answer this!?

I just got a Fender 65r 65 watt amp for christmas. I played it a few days ago and I never heard the fuzziness I hear now. In the background there is a static-like fuzziness that I've heard in cheaper amps. Prior to having this amp I had a Line 6 spyder 3 amp and I never had this problem, thus resulting in my concern. If it matters I play a Fender Strat. Also I don't have any pedals running through b/c I kno that too can create static and I even tried to plug in my suppression pedal to minimize the static but to no avail. Is it me or is there a problem with the amp? Or is it just the quality of the amp? Idk, any help is greatly appreciated, 10 pts. to best answer! Thanks a lot!
