What should I do about my abrasive teacher?

I am a straight "A" student, in grade 11, taking university chemistry. The problem is, as much as I try to finish my homework, make notes on the readings, etc, my teacher still seemingly bullies me. For example, she gave us 5 minutes to make equations and balance about 10 equations. Of course, no one was done, and continued to work, as she was taking them up, in hopes that they wouldn't get yelled at for not having them done. She then picks on me, getting upset because I'm doing my work, and should be listening. There is not winning with her. What should I do?
